Chimes offers five wedding planning packages for you to choose from, all of which can be tailored to suit your needs.  Every wedding is unique and the service we offer is bespoke, but the brief list below will give you an idea of what we can do to help with your wedding organisation.

Engagement to the aisle - This is the full wedding planning package and we will start by drawing up a wedding planning timetable and discussing your budget.  Following this we will work in stages to find your perfect venue, book the catering and entertainment, photographer and florist.  We will be there throughout to ensure everything is tailored to suit you and that you have a perfect wedding day.

Get you started - If you would prefer to organise your own wedding we would still love to help you in the early days and get you off on the right track.  We offer a one - off meeting where we listen to your ideas and produce a ‘Get you started’ wedding planner guide and wedding timetable and list of local suppliers.

The finer details - We are available to help with any of the elements of the day, like finding a marquee company, providing a list of venues or choosing wedding favours.  For a small fee we can help you with just one or two aspects of the wedding planning that are perhaps causing you the most difficulty. 

Tying up loose ends - This option is designed to help during the 4 - 8 weeks leading up to your wedding day, during the most stressful part of the wedding organisation.  We can help you fine-tune some aspects and take the pressure off you.  This may involve simply confirming the number of guests and drawing up a seating plan, or running through the final details with the venue and your other suppliers.

On the day - So the bride and groom can relax and enjoy the wedding day, one of our wedding planners will attend on the day to discreetly manage the timings and the running of the event to ensure your wedding goes ahead as you planned it.
