We are happy to work with you on one or all of the following wedding planning tasks; we are flexible and affordable and will work to your budget to ensure your special day goes ahead

If you would prefer to organise your own wedding we still would still love to help you in the early days, and we offer a one - off meeting where we listen to your ideas and produce a ‘Get you started’ timetable and list of local suppliers - £400

Research and provide you with a choice of 3 or 4 venues for you to liaise with from that point forward - £200

Research and provide you with a choice of 3 or 4 suppliers for you to liaise with from that point forward - £150

Find and manage the wedding venue throughout the planning process:

- up to 50 guests - £500

1. -up to 100 guests - £750
   

2. -up to 150 guests - £1000
   

3. -up to 200 guests - £1500
   

Find and work with any supplier throughout the planning process (e.g. florist, photographer, marquee company, entertainers, caterers, stationers) - £250 per supplier

Contact guests who haven’t yet RSVP’d and gather final numbers:

- up to 50 guests - £100

1. -up to 100 guests - £150
   

2. -up to 150 guests - £200
   

3. -up to 200 guests - £250
   

Draw up a seating plan - £100

Final arrangements:  confirm all arrangements with venues and suppliers, make sure everyone is paid and knows what they are doing on the day - £250

On the day attendance from before you arrive, to make sure everything is set up, until the evening when everyone is on the dance floor - £400
